Ledyard Police Arrest Groton Man On Heroin Charges
A 24-year-old man was arrested after police observed him swerving on Saturday, May 28. He allegedly possessed heroin, police said.
Ledyard Police arrested a 24-year-old Groton man after they reportedly witnessed him swerving across the double-yellow lines on Saturday, May 28, on Colonel Ledyard Highway.
According to The Day, Lindsey Brown of 30 St. Joseph Court, Groton, allegedly had heroin in his possession. He was arrested on the following charges:
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of a controlled substance
- Possession of narcotics with intent to sell
