Green Falls Associates, LLC transferred property located on the southeasterly side of Woodridge Circle to the Town of Ledyard for zero dollars. Records say "said premises is conveyed together with an easement for purposes of installing, utilizing, maintaining, repairing and replacing stormwater drainage structures over and across that portion of Lot 18."
