Ledyard Retains Top 10 Spot in Latest Wrestling Poll

The Colonels are among the top grappling squads in the state.

LEDYARD, CT — As it has each week this season, Danbury High School received first-place votes from all 16 coaches who participated in the latest weekly Connecticut high school wrestling poll.

The last time the Hatters were not a unanimous pick was the preseason poll in early December, when Newtown snared a first-place vote.

Ledyard High School retained the number nine position in the most recent balloting.
