Legends In Concert Returning To Foxwoods This Holiday Season

MASHANTUCKET, CT – “Legends in Concert,” the pioneer of live tribute shows, is returning with their holiday show to Foxwoods Resort Casino for its thirteenth seasonal engagement since 2009. Featuring an all-star cast of the most talented and celebrated tribute artists, 38 special holiday performances will begin on Friday, Nov. 23 through Monday, Dec. 31.

According to a news release, Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods is, for the fourth year in a row, cross-promoting the series in a partnership that offers both guests to Legends in Concert, and shoppers at Tanger, special holiday discounts and exciting events and giveaways.

Tickets to the “World’s Greatest Live Tribute Show” are $35 and $45 and are available for purchase at foxwoods.com or by calling the Foxwoods Box Office at 800-200-2882, Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or in-person by visiting the Foxwoods Box Office. Child, group rates and hotel packages are also available.

Appearing on the Fox Theater stage for the popular holiday show will be three Foxwoods’ fan favorites, tribute artists performing as Elvis Presley (Leo Days), Whitney Houston (Jazmine Hyytia) and the Blues Brothers™ (Eric Martin and Carmen Romano).

Newcomers in the Legends shows at Foxwoods, who are sure to wow audiences, will be David Bowie (David Brighton), George Michael (Michael Knight) and a young Michael Jackson (Nathaniel Cullors). All will be singing live, in their own natural voices, backed by a rocking live band and dazzling dancers.

The original and largest live celebrity tribute show in the world, “Legends in Concert” is celebrating over 35 years of entertaining around the world. Beginning in 1983 as a six-week engagement in Las Vegas, “Legends” has since entertained over 35 million fans and earned prestigious entertainment industry awards including the International Press Association’s “Show of Shows.”

The show and its principal cast members have been featured on major television networks including FOX, ABC, BBC and MTV.

Shoppers at Tanger’s merchants will be able to receive special discounts to our Legends shows and we will be promoting their outlet stores in creative and fun ways, not only during our performances but through special event appearances at their mall and stores.”

Over 300,000 fans have flocked to Foxwoods to enjoy the show in “Legends in Concert’s” past nine-year history in the Fox Theater, repeatedly shattering the all-time attendance record for any live entertainment attraction at the resort casino.

Shows will be held Tuesday-Friday at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 7 p.m. There also will be special 2 p.m. matinees performances added to the Tuesday evening shows, as well as special New Year’s Eve celebration shows, Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
