LEDYARD, CT —Police charged a 41-year-old Ledyard man with DUI after a single car crash into a utility pole on Fanning Road at Coachman Pike.

Police said Victor Roman of 952 Shewville Road crashed into a utility pole “and continued on.” Debris at the scene of the crash was from a silver vehicle, one eventually located at Roman’s house, police said.
