Tribal Employee Ill, But Will Not Be Tested For COVID-19
A Mashantucket Pequot Tribal employee, who does not work at the casino, has reported feeling sick.
MASHANTUCKET, CT — An employee at the Mashantucket Pequot tribal offices is ill and the offices have closed until Monday for deep cleaning, according to The New London Day. The employee was considered ineligible for COVID-19 testing per CDC guidelines due to the mild nature of their symptoms.
The employee does not work at the tribe's Foxwoods Resort Casino, The Day reported.
