MADISON, CT —The bank building at 634 Boston Post Road in downtown Madison has been sold for $3 million to JP Morgan Chase Bank, which plans to demolish the existing three-story structure to make way for a new Chase Bank, O,R&L Commercial announced.

Frank Hird, SIOR and Phil Marshall of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the seller, Davis Realty LLC and Tim McNamara and Brian Knowles of Sullivan Hayes in Farmington, CT represented the buyer JP Morgan Chase Bank.

The sale price was $3,075,000.
