Cara Bernard Named Assistant Brokerage Manager For Sotheby's

William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Cara Bernard will assume the role of Assistant Brokerage Manager for the firm’s offices in Madison and Guilford, Conn. Bernard brings to the position an extensive professional background in real estate, creative business, financial services, coaching and marketing.
Most recently, Bernard led the Full Circle Real Estate Group, a four-agent team based in William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Madison brokerage. As team leader, Bernard guided a close-knit group of agents committed to providing residential real estate market expertise and helping sellers achieve the fastest sale at the best possible price. She brings to her new role the same focus she brought to her team of leveraging the sophisticated marketing and technology tools of the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand.
Previously, Bernard served as a career coaching consultant, working with professionals from varied backgrounds to realize their best potential as managers, colleagues or employees. She has also worked as a marketing consultant in the financial services industry, where she was responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies for executive leadership. She will now draw upon the skills she developed in these roles to fully support her agents in accomplishing their own goals, whether improving their marketing, increasing their sales or mastering the ever-evolving suite of technology tools available through the brand.
Bernard is also a classically trained artist, with experience illustrating for high profile companies and organizations such as The Wall Street Journal, Random House, Vodafone, Redbook, The Boston Globe and Google.
