Digging Dinosaurs Mini Explorer Class

Learn about dinosaurs while becoming a paleontologist and digging for fossils!

Come join in the fun of exploring! In all of our Mini Explorer classes we will learn about nature and science through activities such as hiking, singing, games, stories and making crafts. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adult does not pay. These are all indoor/outdoor programs so dress for the weather. Instructor: Donna Dione. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THESE CLASSES, PLEASE REGISTER as decisions are made to run or cancel based on how many participants are registered. We cannot run classes hoping people will walk in! Thank you!
Become a paleontologist and dig for "fossils" along with making your own to take home. Learn some dinosaur facts like how big they might have been, how they moved, and how to tell the plant-eaters from the meat-eaters. Held at Bauer Park. Register online or in person at Madison Beach and Recreation, 8 Campus Drive, Madison. Contact the office at 203-245-5623 or email Carrie at gazdac@madisonct.org Class is Saturday, November 9, 2019 and runs from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Meets at the classroom building at Bauer Park on Copse Road in Madison. Fee per child is $15 for residents and $20 for non-residents. Instructor: Donna Dione
