Halloween Plan In Madison: A Modified Trunk-Or-Treat At Surf Club
The event will require preregistration for cars wishing to give out treats, and involve a drive-through format for kids and their families.
MADISON, CT - The Madison Police Department and the Madison Chamber of Commerce are partnering on bringing some semblance of a traditional Halloween for kids with a “modified” Trunk-or-Treat event at the Surf Club on Oct. 31 from 3 to 5 p.m.
According to First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons, the event will require preregistration for vehicles wishing to give out treats, and involve a drive-through format for kids and their families.
Visit the Madison Chamber of Commerce website for more information.
For questions about traditional Halloween activities, the town recommends parents follow the guidelines recently issued for Halloween by Connecticut’s Department of Public Health.
