Foodies will rejoice as The Wharf Restaurant & Bar at Madison Beach Hotel continues its Visiting Chef’s Table series, an intimate showcase at The Big Table.
On February 21 at 6:30pm, The Wharf welcomes Michael Hafford, pastry chef and owner of Scranton Seahorse Inn. Chef Hafford will prepare a brunch themed tasting featuring eggs roulade with baby spinach, caramelized onions, gruyere; almond milk chia parfait with tropical fruit; and curry scones with dried cherries.
Chef Hafford is an avid supporter of local farms and participates in a farm share from nearby Bishops Orchards tapping fresh and local ingredients like blueberries, apples, tomatoes, and fiddleheads used in his pastries, jams and breakfast foods at the inn.

On Thursday, March 14 at 6:30pm, Shawn Michael O'Regan, chef de cuisine of The IRONS Restaurant & Bar in Mystic, Conn., will prepare a St. Patrick’s Day themed tasting menu.
With more than twenty years in the restaurant business, Chef O’Regan’s food experience encompasses renowned hotel brands, a member-owned private country club, and a gastro pub where he honed his skills in pickling and the curing and smoking of meats.
