Ric and Dawn Duques purchased and redeveloped the Madison Beach Hotel re-launching the new resort in May, 2012. With generations of family citizenship and pride in Madison, their goal was to express that passion with a resort that celebrated the shoreline splendor of the town in both architectural beauty and the spirit of Madison hospitality greeting every guest.
