MADISON, CT - Madison residents have a new addition to the Fence Creek Marsh area, between the salt meadow marsh and Madison village – a 4-bedroom, 3,125 square-foot home equipped with an elevator and multiple levels of walk-out patios and decks.
William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Kadamus Properties recently completed the project and hosted a reveal party on Saturday, May 11, from 5:30 – 7:30pm. Friends and clients of the Realtor-financier team were invited to be among the first to see the home.
Pamela Kadamus, a Realtor with the firm’s Madison brokerage, and her husband, David, the primary investor of the project, partnered with Greg Wagner of Wagner Construction to tear down the old structure that occupied the space and build 25 Fence Creek. Wagner is also a Realtor in the Madison office and co-lists the home with Kadamus.

The shingle-style home was designed and built with thought to cater to buyers’ needs, incorporating features such as an open-concept floor plan, top-of-the-line appliances and multiple viewing areas. The structure is fully Town, CAM and FEMA compliant.
“A key feature of the home is the unobstructed views of the salt meadow and tidal marsh,” said David Kadamus. “We want future residents to enjoy the landscape, and we’ve made that a possibility by designing easy-access to the outdoors throughout the home, including a walk-out deck on every bedroom.”

“We’re incredibly proud,” said Pam Kadamus. “Opening the front door Saturday night and seeing the elated faces of our friends and clients speaks a thousand words about the success of the project. This is really a home that has to be seen in-person.”
