Craig Yeomans, 59, of Madison, was charged with second-degree threatening, breach of peace and illegal ridicule based on race/creed/color.

Ryan Sims, 41, of Newington, was charged with first-degree larceny.
Aug. 11
Malcolm Brown, 61, of Groton, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Joseph James Marino, 48, of Milford, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
Aug. 18
Sean C. Lynch, 45, of Madison, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, violation of a protective order and second-degree burglary.
Chris Raymond Topping, 58, of Madison, was charged with breach of peace.
Aug. 21
Joshua Raymond Miller, 27, of Madison, was charged with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.
Aug. 23
Joseph Munno, 53, of Middletown, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second offense.
Aug. 25
Maria Concepción Tolentino-Sanchez, 50, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.
