Nov. 30

Nicole Birch, 19, of Montauk Avenue, New London, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Ligia E. Blanchard, 52, of Durham Road, was charged with reckless driving.

Dec. 11

Justin John Rodriquez, 31, of Woodland Road, was charged with violation of probation.

Shyanne Elizabeth Vandall, 32, of Woodland Road, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 13

Jay Francis Rubino, 55, of Field Brook Road, was charged with second-degree violation of conditions of release.
