Winstong Ochoa-Junco, 30, of North Walnut Street, Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence.

Oct. 16

Lucas Leombruno, 19, of Saint Francis Woods, was charged with operating under the influence and possession and use of drug paraphernalia.
