According to Zillow.com, Madison’s most expensive property currently on the market is this one on Middle Beach Road.

The $7.3 million asking price includes an entire entire compound consisting of 3 homes, 2 guest houses, tennis court, and waterfront parcels.

The entire compound is listed for sale in many parcels and the 61 Middle Beach Road home alone is $2.2 million.

The house at 61 Middle Beach Road has been on the market for 847 days, the estimated monthly mortgage is $27,499 and the house was built in 1917.
