Shoreline Arts Alliance CEO Hopeful About Moving Into Academy School Building: Report
Officials hope the lease will be signed in the spring.

Eric Dillner, CEO and executive director of the Shoreline Arts Alliance, said via the Madison Source that he is enthusiastic about the process to move into Madison’s Academy School building.
The Shoreline Arts Alliance and the Town of Madison signed a letter of intent for use of the former Academy school building and they hope to sign a lease by the spring so they can gather the funds they need.

Madison’s town engineer Mike Ott is finding a firm to complete the assessment, according to a report by the Madison Source. They want to determine the current condition of the building and how much work is needed for upgrades.
First Selectman Tom Banisch said via the Madison Source he wants to get them into a position in which they can obtain the lease and start fundraising as soon as they can.
