Stuff-A-Cruiser Set For Saturday
Saturday Nov. 23, Madison Police will be collecting food to fill holiday baskets for those in need at Stop & Shop at 128 Samson Rock Road.

MADISON, CT — Giving is half of what Thanksgiving is all about. Saturday, people can give to help ensure families that would otherwise do without can enjoy a holiday meal.
And the giving may extend to providing diapers for babies, soap to wash clothing, and enough food for Madison families in need after Thanksgiving. Stuff-a-Cruiser is one of those projects that can change lives, in ways that may seem small, but to those in need, perhaps big.
On Saturday, Nov. 23, the Madison Police Department will be collecting food at Stop & Shop at 128 Samson Rock Road. Department staff will be on location from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be collecting frozen turkeys and non-perishable food items as well as laundry soap, personal hygiene items like shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and the like, and, baby diapers all of which will benefit local families.
