Farmers to Families Food Box Distribution 

Limited supplies. First come, first served. Open to all Madison residents.PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE NOON on Friday, April 23, 2021Pick up at the Madison Senior Center, 29 Bradley Road.

Each box contains: 

The food box is free. Supplies are limited. No paperwork necessary. First come, first served or until we run out. Please remain in your car. Staff will place food in your trunk. Please wear a mask.
