Wine Thief Of Madison Sets Grand Opening Date
The Wine Thief, Voted Connecticut's Best Wine Shop, is opening its third Connecticut location in Madison
MADISON, CT - The Wine Thief, voted Connecticut's Best Wine Shop, will have its grand opening this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at its location on 30 Wall Street.
The location is the former site of the Madison Wine Shop.
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m, and free wine tastings throughout the day; also a 15 percent discount on all wines.

Karl Ronne, of the Wine Thief, said "for a number of years we considered a location on the shoreline."
"Finally last year we had a chance to purchase the old Madison Wine Shop.

"What we wanted to bring to Madison was something different. A quality wine shop with some of the most knowledgeable staff in the state.
Ronne added: "We clearly love what we do and are anxious to share our passion for wine, spirits and craft beers with the community. Even though our main focus is wine, I believe we have some of the best spirits and craft beer selections around."
