what is your value proposition to your clients?

Good morning Joe,

It will be three years since Dave and I refinanced our mortgage through you. I have a general question. In the spring we may try to sell our house and look to buy in North Carolina and I wondered if we could contact you for a NC transaction.

Each client that I work with knows that I am the “GO TO” guy. That is just part of my value proposition. During each and every interaction with my clients, before, during and after we’ve worked together, they know that I am their number one advocate now and going forward.

I have referred my clients from Realtors to physical therapist, from Painting contractors to CPA’s, well you get the idea.

In the case of these folks, I will research all the necessary people they will need for their move and for their local needs as well. For their move, I will refer them to a Realtor, mortgage broker, home inspector, attorney, insurance agent, mover and anyone else they will need to insure they move works as efficiently as possible.

I will also refer them back to the Realtor that originally referred them to me almost ten years earlier. I want them to be prepared for getting their home on the market this spring.
