"Ready to Buy a Home Now"

A few weeks ago, I shared a post about someone who called me to introduce himself and let me know that he had been referred by a couple of different people. He told me that folks had been encouraging him to become a homeowner, but he was still reluctant because of the economy in this country and the craziness in Washington. He has told me that he was going to wait until the midterm elections were over. Personally there is still an unbelievable amount of craziness, but that is another future blog.He is in the Millennial age group, so what he had to say was really of interest. Is the tide beginning to turn? I wish I had the answer, but this is one person that has now made the decision to become a homeowner. He kept saying that he keeps reading my blogs and told me to keep up the good work. He told me he is on my Right Trac Facebook page all the time. How great is that!
