We were favorably impressed with the strategic thought that went into these plans. Read more here.

Sunday Forest Meditations
Erik Assadourian invites you to meditate at a local Middletown park. The small (socially-distanced) group learns the basics of a meditation style. Then each person finds a spot in the park to meditate. The entire practice is about 45-60 minutes. Click here for more details and a schedule.
