Cat Abandoned On Middletown Porch
"This is the second one in two days for us and I hope this is not a new trend in the area," Middletown Animal Control said.
For the second time this week, a cat was found abandoned in Middletown and Animal Control hopes this is not going to become a common occurrence.
A declawed, senior cat was found on Tuesday, April 26, in the parking lot of Middletown Petco. On Wednesday, April 27, a cat was found abandoned on Berlin Street in Middletown.
"He was in a carrier and on a porch of a home that he does not live in," Middletown Animal Control said. "This is the second one in 2 days for us and I hope this is not a new trend in the area. He is young, possibly 10 months, not neutered and very sweet."
