MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Middletown Animal Control is trying to find the owner of a cat that was stuck in a tree for several days.

The cat, pictured, was in a tree on Hillside Avenue in Middletown, according to the animal control.

“The poor thing was in the tree for 3-4 days crying,” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “She finally came down today when concerned residents continued to coax her with food. She is wearing a collar but no tags and no microchip. If you know her or are missing her, please call us at 860-638-4030. Please SHARE!”
