Dog Goes Missing In Middletown: Animal Control

The dog is dragging a retractable leash that she pulled out of her owner's hands, according to the animal control.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Middletown Animal Control is asking residents to keep an eye out for a dog that went missing on Wednesday night.

The dog, pictured, went missing in the Middletown Brooke complex in the West Lake area of Middletown. She is a 9-month-old black Lab mix and weighs about 25 to 30 pounds, according to the animal control.

“She is dragging a retractable leash that she pulled out of her owner's hands,” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “If you should see her or happen to find her, please call Alex at 914-420-0084 or Animal Control at 860-638-4030 and press 0 for the front desk. Please SHARE!!!”
