MxCC Real Estate Course Begins February 2

Step onto the path of becoming a licensed real estate salesperson while the housing market is strong! Register now for the Real Estate Principles and Practices course at Middlesex Community College which begins February 2.

Students get an extensive understanding of how the real estate marketplace works—including land use controls and regulations, market analysis, financing, contracts, and transfer of titles. Those who attend 60 hours and pass with a grade of 70 qualify for the state’s licensing exam.
