Obituary: Pauline Musialek, 90, of Middletown
Prior to her retirement, Pauline Musialek worked as a registered nurse at the Veterans Hospital.
Pauline (Frederick) Musialek, 90, of Middletown, wife of the late Frank Musialek, died Friday may 27, 2016, at Apple Rehabilitation in Middletown.
She was born in Middletown, daughter of the late John W. and Josephine (Bankoski) Frederick, Sr. Prior to her retirement, Pauline worked as a registered nurse at the Veterans Hospital.
She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Dalton and her companion Al of Burrillville, RI, and Patricia Mitchell and her husband Gregg of Wallingford; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Frances Frederick and brother, John W. Frederick, Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 31, at 11 a.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St. Middletown. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
