Obituary: Raymond Richard Loso

Raymond Richard Loso (65) of Middletown, CT, passed away on March 22, 2021 surrounded by family and lifted in prayer.He was born on September 25, 1955, in Bridgeport, CT, the son of his loving parents, Richard and Lauretta Loso, who predeceased him. Ray is survived by three daughters, Beth Meyer of Shelton, Allison Halstead of Southbury and Sarah Taglianetti of Shelton in addition to four grandsons, eight siblings and many nieces and nephews. After having graduated from Kolbe High School in Bridgeport, CT, Ray attended Sacred Heart University. He worked for the United Parcel Service and, after 25+ years of dedicated service, retired in 2000.He will be remembered as extremely fun-loving and hard-working. Ray enjoyed working outdoors on his home and in the yard, making Sunday breakfast, and cheering for UConn's basketball team and the New York Giants. He always enjoyed a good "dad joke" and family vacations in Florida. His memory will be forever in our hearts and we are at peace knowing he is at rest with our merciful Father. Services will be private.
