Popular Middletown Restaurant Sold
A restaurant in business for 25 years has been sold.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — Eli Cannon's in Middletown was sold to a husband and wife who have been employees of the establishment.
Rocco and Aubrey LaMonica have been employees for several years. Rocco came on as a dishwasher 11 years ago and worked his way up to general manager, according to the Middletown Press. Aubrey has been a bartender and server for four years.
Owner Phil Oullette said he anticipates a smooth transition.
