Popular Seafood Eatery Expanding Into Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT — The owner of a fried seafood eatery in New Haven plans on expanding with new restaurants in Middletown, Bridgeport and Waterbury, according to the Middletown Press.

The Press reports Still Off The Hook will be located at 102 Court St. in Middletown, while the Bridgeport eatery will be on Fairview Avenue near St. Vincent Medical Center and the Waterbury location will be at 21 East Farm Street.

Owner Paul Hill, who previously owned and operated the Off The Hook restaurants in Hamden, said the new restaurants are fully approved and will open as soon as he can get them staffed, according to the Press.
