Connecticut's Everybody Learns Initiative Provides Free WiFi at City Hall

The Connecticut Education Network (CEN) is providing free WiFi / Internet access outside City Hall at 245 deKoven Drive. Members of the public can use this network for school, work, or entertainment while enjoying the scenic view of the Connecticut River from our park benches and picnic tables.

CTPublicWiFi is the free WiFi network. The network is available on City Hall's lawn and the deck around our lobby.
