- 4 EAST LAKE DRIVE — Robert E. Borho Jr. and Debra L. Borho to Caryn Mitchell on Nov. 9 for $160,000.
- 94 CYNTHIA LANE, A6 — Adam Texeira to Jennifer Mitney on Nov. 8 for $154,000.
