Strong Storms Moving Soon Into Middlesex/New London County

The National Weather Service said strong storms are moving into the area soon.

MIDDLESEX/NEW LONDON COUNTY, CT — The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of Middlesex and New London county until 6:30 p.m.

At 5:43 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Wales to Hebron to near Glastonbury, moving southeast at 35 mph, the weather service said.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
