USDA FARMERS TO FAMILIES FREE FOOD DISTRIBUTION
Held at Amazing Grace Food Pantry (16 Stack Street in Middletown) on December 21, 2020
Middletown, CT – Just in time for the Holidays, St. Vincent de Paul Middletown is hosting a distribution of 756 USDA boxes of fresh food from the Farm to Families program to our community! This drive through event is happening on Monday, December 21st, from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM, or until the available food boxes run out. The event will be held at the Amazing Grace Food Pantry located at 16 Stack Street in Middletown.

The free box of delicious food includes a cold, fresh gallon of milk, three pounds of chicken products, yogurt, potatoes, onions, carrots, apples and more. One box is available per family. No sign-up or identification is required.
“On behalf of the residents of Middletown, I want to thank everyone who was involved in making this food distribution possible—individuals and organizations alike,” Mayor Ben Florsheim said. “Middlesex United Way, St. Vincent de Paul Middletown, the USDA and our federal delegation, local farmers, and transportation workers are all playing a role in making sure that families don’t go hungry this holiday season. Thank you for your collaboration on this important event for the community.”
