MIDDLETOWN, CT — A new “virtual” salad shop has opened inside the Pokémoto Middletown restaurant on Main Street, according to the Middletown Press.

The Press reports Chi Hing Sze, who owns the Pokémoto Hawaiian restaurant at 386 Main St., recently launched SaladCraft Middletown inside the eatery.

SaladCraft, which features a build-your-own salad menu, is available through food delivery services such as Grubhub, UberEats and DoorDash. Due to his Pokémoto franchise agreement, Sze hosts SaladCraft Middletown, but he can’t take walk-in or phone orders, according to the Press.
