TD Bank sold commercial property at 731 Main Street to 731 Main Street LLC for $950,000 in a transaction recorded on Sept. 30.

Deena and Colin Allen sold 3 Founders Way to Elizabeth and Jonathan Richer for $545,100 in a transaction recorded on Sept. 27.

James and Christi Walker sold 80 Wild Horse Court to Randall and Deirdie Tokar for $800,000 in a transaction recorded on Sept. 23.
