A burglar alarm was activated at Bill's Drive-In, 431 Monroe Turnpike, at 12:08 a.m. Thursday and officers found that someone had pried open a back door, then another door leading to an office inside the restaurant, according to police.
An undisclosed amount of start-up cash was stolen, police said.
Detectives are investigating the break-in.
