Considerable Shakeup In CT High School Girls Softball Poll
The top two spots remained intact, but three new entries cracked the top 10 in balloting by coaches and sports media members.

CONNECTICUT — After the first full week of high school softball games in Connecticut, the top two teams from the preseason poll maintained their positions, but the remaining spots in the top 10 were scrambled, including three new entries.
Masuk and Waterford held onto the first two spots, with St. Joseph and East Haven flip-flopping their positions at third and fourth, respectively.
Here are the top 10, with first-place votes and last week's ranking in parentheses, as well as all other programs collecting votes.
