A police officer will direct traffic in the 100-block of Cross Hill Road from 4 to 8 Monday night as a crew from SNET replaces a utility pole.
At 6:50 Sunday night a 19-year-old woman lost control of her Honda Civic and struck the pole, cracking it at the bottom, according to police.
No injuries were reported in the accident. Firefighters and EMS personnel also responded to the scene.
