EMB Homes II LLC bought a foreclosed home at 12 Wood Acres Lane from Deutsche Bank Trust Co. for $217,000 on Dec. 14.

Patrick McDarby bought a house at 664 Monroe Turnpike from Margaret and Burton Sacknoff for $290,000 on Dec. 11.

Geoffrey and Letitia Coleman bought a house at 18 Gaylor Drive from Elaine and Donald Marvin for $545,000 on Dec. 3.
