Family-Owned Hardware Store Coming To Monroe

MONROE, CT — A new hardware store is scheduled to move into 590 Main St. by the end of the year. Aubuchon Hardware leased a 10,619 square foot space.

Stepney Hardware closed in January after 60 years in business.

Aubuchon Hardware is the oldest family-owned and managed hardware store in the country with more than 100 stores in New England and upstate New York.

SCRE represented Aubuchon Hardware in the deal.
