Food Trucks Coming To Monroe Brewery: Report

Beer lovers will now be able to get food during certain hours just outside of Veracious Brewing in Monroe.

MONROE, CT — Beer lovers in Monroe can pick up a bite to eat when they head to Veracious Brewing, reports the Monroe Courier. The Planning and Zoning commission approved two food trucks to park outside the Rte. 25 brewpub and sell their fare.

The food trucks will be able to operate on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and not conflict with the peak shifts at neighboring Northeast Laser. The brewpub does not serve food, and owner Mark Szamatulski said the food trucks will enhance the business.

The measure was unanimously approved by the commission.
