The Great Monroe Rock Search...Don't miss out on the fun!
An additional rock painting event is scheduled for Monroe Farmer's Market Back to School event this Friday, 8/31.
Monroe Playground Foundation is hosting - The Great Monroe Rock Search - in support of a new playground at Wolfe Park, Monroe.
To spur community engagement, the painted rocks, numbered and featuring the hashtag - #MonroeCTPlay - will become part of a town-wide hide-and-seek game. Beginning 8/18, seekers can find rocks in public places and supporting businesses throughout Monroe.
And the fun doesn’t stop there - MPF is awarding a prize for each numbered rock returned to Party in the Park on 9/23. An additional rock painting event is scheduled for Monroe Farmer’s Market Back to School event THIS Friday, 8/31.
