Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued for Monroe

MONROE, CT- Another day, another day of Hazardous Weather Outlooks and other advisories from the National Weather Service.

The latest includes the issuance of a “Wind Advisory” and “Hazardous Weather Outlook” for Fairfield County from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. Thursday. Strong winds are expected as well as rain.

Here are the latest details via the National Weather Service:

There is a chance for isolated damaging wind gusts late tonight and into early Thursday with showers and thunderstorms expected too. Localized flooding is also a concern.

Rain is expected to pick up after 11 a.m. with a half inch of rain during the day, and fog will also be an issue.

Showers and thunderstorms are expected tonight and gusty winds too, as temps rise into the mid 50s tonight. More than an inch of rain is expected.
