Just Leaning on a Mountain Bike or Trying to Steal It?

A Crown View Drive resident confronts a stranger in his garage.

A Crown View Drive resident told police he was in his house at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 2 when his dog became agitated. He let his pet outside and heard it run around the house before barking and growling in the garage.

He went into the garage and confronted a man holding onto his son's black and gray Mountain Bike, police said.

The stranger asked if the house was owned by someone else and after being told no, he said, "Oh, I thought he lived here," according to police.
