Disney's Mulan, Jr: New in 2016! Two Planks Summer Theater Camp for younger actors just starting out. A one night performance for families, friends and the community of Disney's Mulan, Jr., the stage adaptation of the 1998 film, featuring classic songs from the movie and new ones written just for the musical.

New for 2016, Two Planks introduces its summer camp for younger actors 6-12 looking to learn the ropes, try acting for the first time, or thinking about getting a lead role at a younger age. Running June 27 – July 15, 8:45 – 3:00, with a single performance outdoors, under the lights, July 16. Less extensive sets, costumes, etc., to give younger actors the chance to develop their craft and “graduate” into our full summer program as they grow. Registration information will be posted soon, along with our main summer workshop.

Disney's The Little Mermaid: Spend a night at Wolfe Park under the stars journeying "under the sea" as Two Plank's Summer Student Theater Workshop presents the story of a young mermaid who dreams of the world above the ocean waves and gives up her voice to find true love. Great fun and great music for the whole family.

Our signature Summer Theater Workshop training program for aspiring actors age 12*-21, teaching the essential elements of the American musical “triple threat”: acting, singing, and dancing. Our program runs daily 8:45 – 3:00 beginning on June 27 through July 22, with evening performances July 21-23 (with rain dates following if necessary).

Gypsy: The classic Broadway show lauded as "the greatest of all American musicals" about two young girls being raised by the ultimate show business mother. The winner of multiple Tony and Drama Desk Awards across numerous revivals since its original production, audiences will recognize its timeless classic songs, including "Wherever We Go," "Let Me Entertain You," All I Need is the Girl," and "Everything's Coming Up Roses."
