Making Baby Lambs from Cauliflower & Olives (Video)

In this short video Tatsiana Dixon of Monroe shows you how to make a baby lamb garnish using cauliflower, black olives, mayonnaise and tooth picks.

Take a piece of cauliflower for the body, break off a piece of toothpick and use it to attach a black olive as the head. Make sure the closed end of the olive is on the outside, so it will resemble a nose.

Then cut two small slices into the sides of the olive to insert the ears, which are made out of small pieces of another olive.

Insert the ears.

Fill a plastic bag with mayonnaise and cut a corner at the bottom. Squeeze out mayonnaise onto the sheep's head to make the eyes. You can use a toothpick to adjust the shapes.

Then cut pupils out of an olive and place them on the mayonnaise eyes.
