Vaccines are provided for children through the age of 18.

As school openings resume, children must be up to date with their immunizations. For further
information about age-specific required immunizations, visit our website at

The Health Department is providing vaccinations at Monroe’s Town Hall, located at 7 Fan Hill Road.

Parents or guardians must accompany their child and bring the child’s immunization record with them. There is a $20.00 administration fee for each vaccine received (cash or check only).
